Why an Innova Crysta Makes Sense for Most Delhi Journeys
Not every trip needs a sedan, and not every trip needs a Tempo Traveller. The Innova Crysta sits in the middle for a reason, offering enough room for luggage and passengers without the bulk that makes narrow Delhi lanes and multi-level parking a problem.
Space Without the Bulk
Three rows and a proper boot mean four adults can travel with full-size suitcases, not just backpacks — something a sedan genuinely cannot offer once you add golf-bag-sized luggage or wedding décor boxes.
Rear-Wheel-Drive Stability
On expressway stretches like the Yamuna Expressway or NH-48, the Crysta’s RWD layout and longer wheelbase keep the ride flatter at speed than most front-wheel-drive SUVs in its class.
A Known Quantity for Drivers
Because the Crysta has been the default fleet vehicle in Delhi for close to a decade, most chauffeurs have logged tens of thousands of kilometres in one — that experience shows up in smoother braking and parking, not just the spec sheet.
Resale-Driven Maintenance Culture
Because Crystas hold value well, most fleet owners maintain them on schedule rather than run them into the ground — you benefit from that incentive every time you book one instead of an unbranded “SUV.”
Works for Mixed Groups
A family with grandparents, a bride’s side needing modest step-in height, or a corporate group where one person is on a laptop mid-ride — the middle-row captain seats and flat floor accommodate all three without compromise.
Predictable Running Cost
Diesel, established parts network, and a car every mechanic in NCR has seen — which is why per-KM rates on a Crysta rarely swing the way they do for less common vehicles when something needs an unscheduled repair mid-trip.
What We’ve Actually Learned Running This Fleet Day to Day
What Actually Happens at T1, T2 and T3
At T3, our driver waits in the designated pickup bay on the arrival level with a name board rather than the departure level, since that’s where most first-time customers mistakenly try to meet us. At T2 (mostly domestic, IndiGo/SpiceJet-heavy), the pickup lane is shorter and less chaotic, so we can usually position the driver closer to the exit. T1, used for select domestic carriers, has a smaller forecourt where circling isn’t allowed at all — we park in the designated waiting area a short walk away and share the exact spot on WhatsApp rather than let you search for us.
Common Mistakes We See Customers Make
The most frequent one: not sharing the flight number, which means we can’t auto-adjust for a delay and you end up calling us mid-landing. Second most common: assuming a sedan will fit 4 adults plus check-in luggage for an outstation trip, then discovering at pickup that it won’t. Third: booking a “full day” package for a wedding without separating baraat and guest-shuttle duties, which is the single biggest cause of wedding-day delays we’ve dealt with.
Best Pickup Locations We’ve Found
For IGI Airport, the arrival-level pickup bay beats the departure level every time — it’s what Google Maps often gets wrong for first-time visitors. For New Delhi Railway Station, the Ajmeri Gate side is faster than the Paharganj side during evening peak hours. For Connaught Place and Karol Bagh pickups, we ask for a landmark rather than a plot number, since Delhi’s inner-circle addressing genuinely confuses even local drivers.
Real Challenges on Delhi Routes
The NH-48 stretch out of Gurgaon backs up badly between 6–9 PM most weekdays, so we build extra buffer into corporate pickup timings rather than promise an ETA we can’t hit. The Delhi–Agra route via the Yamuna Expressway sees dense fog between late December and mid-January, which can add 60–90 minutes to a normally 3.5-hour drive. We brief drivers on reduced-speed protocol for those weeks rather than push through at normal pace. Dwarka and Rohini’s newer sectors are still catching up on Google Maps accuracy, so we confirm the nearest landmark before dispatch.
Our Actual Recommendations, Not Generic Advice
If you’re flying into T3 with a connecting long drive to Agra or Jaipur the same day, we genuinely recommend an overnight halt in Delhi first — same-day combinations look fine on paper but rarely account for immigration queues plus onward highway fatigue. For a wedding baraat, we recommend confirming decoration preferences at least 3 days ahead, not because it’s a rule, but because decorators book out fast in wedding season and last-minute requests are the ones most likely to be disappointing.
Running Tempo Traveller Bookings Alongside the Crysta
For groups above 8, we recommend a Tempo Traveller from the same fleet rather than doubling up two Innova Crystas. It’s usually the more economical and easier-to-manage option for corporate outings, family tours, and large wedding guest shuttles, based on what we’ve seen work over repeated bookings.
Vehicle Overview & Technical Specifications
We run 7-seater (2-3-2 with second-row captain seats) and 8-seater (2-3-3 bench) Crysta configurations. Tell us your group size and luggage volume when you enquire, and we’ll match the right layout rather than default to whichever car is free.
Photos above are of our own fleet vehicles, not manufacturer stock images — request more photos of the exact unit before booking if you’d like.
| Specification | Detail |
|---|---|
| Engine | 2.4L, 4-cylinder diesel, approx. 148 bhp / 343 Nm |
| Transmission | 5-speed manual (fleet standard) |
| Seating | 7-seater (captain seats) or 8-seater (bench), driver excluded |
| Length / Width / Height | 4,735 mm / 1,830 mm / 1,795 mm |
| Wheelbase | 2,750 mm |
| Ground Clearance | 178 mm — copes well with speed breakers and semi-rural approach roads |
| Boot Space | ~300 litres with the third row up; expands substantially with it folded |
| Fuel Tank | 55–65 litres depending on model year |
| Typical Running Mileage | 10–14 km/l depending on route, AC load and traffic |
| Airbags | Up to 7 on higher-trim fleet vehicles |
| Safety Systems | ABS with EBD, in many units ESP and rear parking camera/sensors |
Comfort Features
- Automatic climate control with independent rear AC vents
- Second-row captain seats with individual armrests (7-seater units)
- Reclining rear seats for long outstation legs
- Front and rear USB charging points
- Adequate headroom for passengers over 6 ft, unlike most sedans
Safety Features
- ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution on all fleet units
- Rear parking sensors/camera for tight Delhi driveways
- Seatbelts and ISOFIX-compatible mounts in the second row
- Regularly inspected tyres, brakes and lights before every outstation trip
- GPS-tracked vehicles for family and corporate peace of mind
Seating Capacity
Choose 7-seater for smaller groups who want the extra legroom of captain seats, or 8-seater when you need to fit more people and can trade a little knee room for headcount. We ask this upfront because swapping mid-booking isn’t always possible on short notice.
Luggage Capacity
Comfortably fits 3–4 large suitcases plus cabin bags with the third row occupied. For airport pickups with 6–7 passengers and full luggage, mention bag count when booking — we may recommend two vehicles or a roof rail add-on rather than overpacking one Crysta. The most common luggage challenge we see is guests underestimating golf-bag-sized or wedding décor boxes — mention oversized items upfront so we can allocate the right unit rather than discover a space problem at pickup.
Built Around How People Actually Use This Car
Each of these has a slightly different priority — punctuality for airport runs, discretion for corporate travel, presentation for weddings. We brief drivers differently depending on which one you’re booking for.
Airport Transfers
Flight-tracked pickups from IGI Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3, with drivers positioned in the arrival pickup zone rather than circling — flight delays don’t cost you a second booking. Free waiting time is built into airport fares (typically 45–60 minutes for domestic, 90 for international) to cover immigration and baggage queues. See our dedicated Delhi Airport Taxi page for terminal-specific pickup details.
Corporate Travel
Recurring bookings for site visits, airport pickups of visiting executives, and multi-city itineraries, billed against a single monthly invoice with GST breakup if your finance team needs it. Drivers dress and behave for a business context — no loud music, no unsolicited conversation. Read more on our Corporate Cab Service page.
Business Meetings
Point-to-point bookings between office parks in Gurgaon, Noida and Aerocity, and business addresses across Connaught Place, Karol Bagh and Saket, where the car waits curbside rather than in a distant parking lot, so you’re not walking ten minutes in formal wear or rain.
Wedding Transportation
Decorated or plain, depending on your preference, for baraat routes, guest shuttles between venue and hotel, or the couple’s own transport. Book the exact hours you need rather than a vague “full day” — wedding schedules run late and we plan the driver’s shift around your actual timeline, not a generic one. Our best-practice recommendation: book the baraat car and guest-shuttle car as two separate bookings even if timings overlap, since a single car covering both is the most common cause of wedding-day delays we see.
VIP Guests
For clients hosting foreign delegates, artists or senior family guests, we assign drivers with a track record of discretion and provide the vehicle a few hours early for a walkthrough if your event requires it. For a more premium option, see our Luxury Car Rental range.
Family Trips
Multi-generational travel where an elderly parent needs a lower step-in height than an SUV and children need window seats they can actually see out of — the Crysta’s cabin height splits that difference better than most alternatives.
Religious Tours
Vaishno Devi base camp runs, Mathura – Vrindavan circuits, and Haridwar-Rishikesh trips where early starts (often 3–4 AM) and unpredictable hill-road timing are normal. We factor that into driver rest rules rather than treat it like a standard city fare.
Delhi Sightseeing & Local Taxi Services
Full or half-day city circuits covering Red Fort, Qutub Minar, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb and Akshardham, with pickup available from Connaught Place, Dwarka, Rohini or South Delhi. Your chauffeur can also assist with parking locations and entry points, although they are not a substitute for a licensed monument guide. Explore sightseeing options, local cab packages, and chauffeur-driven travel on our Taxi Services in Delhi NCR page.
Outstation Travel
One-way or round-trip journeys to Agra, Jaipur, Haridwar, Shimla, Manali and other destinations across North India. We provide experienced chauffeurs, clean AC vehicles, and reliable service for both single-day and multi-day trips. If you only need a drop without a return journey, visit our One-Way Taxi Service Delhi page for route-specific fares.
Pick the Billing Structure That Matches Your Trip
The same car, billed four different ways — the trick is matching the plan to how much distance and time you’ll actually use, not the one that sounds cheapest on paper.
Hourly Rental
Best for short local errands, a single meeting, or an evening event in Delhi where you need the car on standby for 3–5 hours with a fixed KM allowance.
Full Day Rental
An 8-hour / 80-km package is the fleet standard, suited to sightseeing circuits or a day of back-to-back meetings across the city.
Multi-Day Rental
Daily KM caps roll over less than people expect — ask us to quote a combined multi-day distance instead of stacking single-day packages, it’s usually cheaper.
Per KM Rental
The most transparent option for one-way outstation drops — you pay for distance covered plus driver allowance, with no bundled hours you don’t use.
Popular Routes, Distance & Travel Time
Approximate one-way figures for planning purposes — actual travel time depends heavily on Delhi traffic at the time you leave, particularly on the NH-8/NH-48 stretch out of Gurgaon.
| Route | Distance (approx.) | Travel Time (approx.) |
|---|---|---|
| Delhi → IGI Airport (from South/Central Delhi) | 12–20 km | 30–60 min |
| Delhi → Gurgaon (Cyber City) | 25–30 km | 45–75 min |
| Delhi → Noida / Greater Noida | 20–45 km | 40–90 min |
| Delhi → Agra (Taj Mahal) | 230 km | 3.5–4.5 hrs |
| Delhi → Jaipur | 280 km | 4.5–5.5 hrs |
| Delhi → Haridwar / Rishikesh | 220–230 km | 5–6 hrs |
| Delhi → Mathura / Vrindavan | 160 km | 3–3.5 hrs |
| Delhi → Manali | 530 km | 11–13 hrs (best split across 2 days) |
| Delhi → Shimla | 350 km | 7–8 hrs |
| Delhi → Vaishno Devi (Katra) | 630 km | 12–14 hrs (best split across 2 days) |
For routes beyond 400 km, we recommend a driver-swap or overnight halt rather than one continuous drive — ask us about this when booking.
For detailed fare breakdowns on our most-booked outstation routes, see Delhi to Agra Taxi and Delhi to Jaipur Taxi.
Pricing Guide — What You’re Actually Paying For
We’d rather explain the pricing logic than just quote a number, because the logic is what lets you sanity-check any quote you get, from us or anyone else.
What Influences Rental Cost
- Distance and route — hill routes and toll-heavy expressways cost more per km than flat NH stretches
- Trip type — one-way outstation drops carry a return empty-leg cost baked into the fare
- Season — wedding season (Nov–Feb) and Char Dham season (Apr–Jun) push demand and prices up
- Time of day — night pickups (11 PM–6 AM) attract a night charge for driver allowance
- Vehicle configuration — 8-seater bench units are occasionally priced slightly differently from 7-seater captain-seat units depending on demand
Billing Transparency
Every quote breaks down base fare, driver allowance, toll and any night charge separately before you confirm — not as a lump sum you have to take on faith. If the final bill differs from the quote, the difference should trace to something specific: an extra stop, extra waiting, or a toll receipt, and we’ll show you which.
GST Information
GST-compliant invoices are available on request, which matters if you’re booking for a company. Ask for this when you enquire rather than after the trip — it’s simpler to issue against the original booking than to reissue later.
What’s Included
- Chauffeur, fuel, and vehicle for the booked duration/distance
- Standard vehicle maintenance and insurance
- Driver allowance for outstation and overnight trips
- Basic bottled water for outstation journeys (on most bookings)
What’s Not Included
- State border permits and interstate tax where applicable (billed at actuals)
- Toll charges (billed at actuals with receipts)
- Parking charges at monuments, malls or hotels
- Any detour beyond the confirmed route, billed at the per-km rate
Driver Allowance
A fixed daily amount for outstation trips covering the driver’s food and stay, quoted upfront per day, not per hour.
Night Charges
Applies to pickups or drop-offs between 11 PM and 6 AM, reflecting the driver’s disrupted schedule rather than a markup on the car.
Toll
Billed at actuals on expressways like Yamuna Expressway, DND and NH-48. We can estimate this in advance for your specific route. As a rough guide, Delhi–Agra tolls run approximately ₹500–650 one way, while Delhi–Jaipur tolls are approximately ₹700–850. DND and Yamuna Expressway local tolls are typically ₹100–300 depending on the stretch.
Parking Charges
Parking is not included in the fare and is billed at actuals. Expect roughly ₹50–150 for malls and hotels across Delhi NCR, and ₹100–300 at major monuments or airport parking zones. We’ll always let you know the expected parking charges in advance if they’re part of your itinerary.
Fuel Policy
Fuel is included in the per-km/package rate you’re quoted; you never need to refuel the vehicle yourself.
Driver & Vehicle Standards
Driver Information
All drivers carry a valid commercial driving licence, are background-verified, and are briefed on the specific requirement type of your booking — a wedding driver’s briefing is different from a corporate airport pickup briefing.
Vehicle Maintenance
Fleet vehicles follow scheduled servicing intervals and undergo a pre-trip check (tyres, brakes, lights, AC) before any outstation booking longer than 150 km.
Cleaning Standards
Interior sanitisation and a wipe-down between bookings is standard; for weddings or VIP bookings, request a deeper detailing slot at least 24 hours ahead so it doesn’t clash with the vehicle’s prior assignment.

How Booking, Payment and Cancellation Work
Booking Process
Send your route, date and requirement type via the form above, WhatsApp, or a call. We confirm the fare and vehicle availability, and you get a booking confirmation with driver details a few hours before pickup.
Payment Methods
UPI, bank transfer, and cash are all accepted; corporate accounts can be billed monthly against a PO or invoice. Advance payment requirements are typically waived for local bookings and applied only to outstation or wedding-season reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 6 hours before pickup are generally fee-free; cancellations closer to pickup time, or after the driver has already been dispatched, may attract a partial charge to cover the driver’s allocated time.
Pickup & Drop Process
For airport pickups, the driver shares live location and waits in the designated pickup zone with a name board. For hotel or residence pickups, confirm the exact gate or landmark in advance — Delhi’s gated colonies can otherwise cost you ten minutes of confusion.
Innova Crysta vs Other Rental Vehicles
Neutral comparisons — the right vehicle depends on group size, luggage, and route, not just this page.
Innova Crysta vs Sedan (Dzire / Etios-class)
| Factor | Innova Crysta | Sedan |
|---|---|---|
| Seating | 7–8 with usable third row | 4 comfortably |
| Luggage | 3–4 large bags | 2 medium bags |
| Cost per km | Higher | Lower |
| Best for | Groups, families, luggage-heavy trips | Solo/couple city or airport runs |
Innova Crysta vs Innova Hycross
| Factor | Innova Crysta | Innova Hycross |
|---|---|---|
| Passenger capacity | 7–8 | 7–8 |
| Luggage capacity | 3–4 large bags (~300L) | Slightly larger boot on most trims |
| Comfort level | Proven, familiar cabin | Newer cabin, quieter petrol-hybrid drivetrain |
| Best use case | Everyday availability, all trip types | Guests who specifically want the newer model |
| Long-distance suitability | Diesel range, wide service network on highways | Good, but fewer units in fleet rotation |
The Hycross is a newer, petrol-hybrid model with a different cabin layout; the Crysta remains the more commonly available rental fleet vehicle in Delhi. If you specifically need a Hycross, mention it when booking — availability is more limited.
Innova Crysta vs Ertiga
| Factor | Innova Crysta | Ertiga |
|---|---|---|
| Cabin space | Noticeably larger | Compact, tighter third row |
| Ride quality (highway) | More stable at speed | Adequate |
| Rental cost | Higher | Lower |
| Best for | Longer outstation trips, taller passengers | Budget-conscious short local trips |
Innova Crysta vs Tempo Traveller
| Factor | Innova Crysta | Tempo Traveller |
|---|---|---|
| Seating | Up to 8 | 12–17 |
| Maneuverability | Easier in narrow lanes, malls, hotels | Harder to park, wider turning radius |
| Cost for small groups | More economical below 8 people | Overkill and costlier for small groups |
| Best for | Families, corporate groups up to 8 | Large groups, tour operators, events |
Need seating for 12 or more? See our dedicated Tempo Traveller Rental page.
Innova Crysta vs Other SUVs (Fortuner / Scorpio-class)
| Factor | Innova Crysta | SUV |
|---|---|---|
| Cabin layout | SUV — flatter floor, easier entry/exit | Higher step-in, off-road-biased stance |
| Rental cost | Generally lower | Higher, especially for premium SUVs |
| Image / presentation | Practical, understated | More commanding road presence |
| Best for | Families, seniors, luggage-heavy trips | VIP presence, uneven terrain |
Decision Guide — Which Vehicle Actually Fits Your Trip
Planning Guides
Seasonal Advice
Book at least 5–7 days ahead during wedding season (November–February) and summer holidays (May–June), when fleet availability tightens across Delhi NCR. Monsoon season (July–September) is a good time to confirm your driver has hydroplaning-aware braking habits, especially on the Delhi–Agra route, where waterlogging is common.
Corporate Booking Guide
Set up a standing account with your billing cycle and preferred invoice format once, and future bookings become a two-line WhatsApp message. For recurring routes (say, a weekly Gurgaon-Noida shuttle), a monthly retainer usually costs less than booking each trip individually.
Wedding Planning Guide
Book your baraat and guest-shuttle vehicles separately from each other, even if timings overlap. A single car trying to serve two purposes on a wedding day is the most common cause of delays we see. Confirm decoration preferences (or lack thereof) at least 3 days in advance. For luxury wedding cars, decorated vehicles, and complete guest transportation, explore our Wedding Car Rental in Delhi service.
Airport Pickup Guide
Share your flight number when booking so we track delays automatically. For Terminal 3 international arrivals, budget 60–90 minutes from landing to immigration and baggage — the driver won’t be waiting idle, but you also won’t be charged extra for a normal-length queue.
Railway Pickup Guide
New Delhi Railway Station’s Ajmeri Gate and Paharganj-side exits are often faster for vehicle pickup than the main Chelmsford Road side during peak hours — mention which platform you’re arriving on and we’ll advise the better exit.
Airport Terminal Pickup Map
T3 arrivals: designated pickup bay on the arrival forecourt, name board waiting. T2 arrivals (mostly domestic): shorter pickup lane closer to the exit. T1 arrivals: no circling allowed, driver waits in the nearby designated waiting area and shares the exact spot on WhatsApp. We’ll send the precise pickup point for your terminal at the time of booking.
Best Travel Times
For Gurgaon-bound trips, leaving before 7 AM or after 9 PM avoids the worst of the NH-48 slowdown. For Delhi-Agra and Delhi-Jaipur outstation runs, an early morning start (5–6 AM) beats both traffic and expressway heat later in the day. Avoid a same-day Delhi-Agra-Delhi round trip during peak summer (May–June) if it can be split across two days instead.
Before Booking Checklist
- Confirm exact passenger count and luggage pieces
- Share pickup landmark, not just an address
- Decide 7-seater vs 8-seater based on legroom priority
- Ask for the fare breakdown, not just a total
Real Customer Scenarios
A family of six flying into T3 with two golf bags and a stroller usually needs the 8-seater with roof-rail support, not the 7-seater. A solo corporate traveller doing a same-day Gurgaon-to-Noida round trip is often better served by a sedan on cost, and we’ll say so rather than upsell the Crysta. A bride’s family needing a low step-in height for an elderly guest typically prefers the Crysta over an SUV for exactly that reason.
Journey Checklists & Travel Tips
During Journey
- Confirm rest-stop preferences with the driver upfront on long routes
- Keep valuables with you at fuel and toll stops
- Note the driver’s phone number in case your own phone loses signal
After Journey
- Check the vehicle for left-behind items before the driver leaves
- Request your invoice immediately if you need it for reimbursement
- Share feedback directly — it shapes which driver we assign you next time
Travel Etiquette
- Confirm smoking/food preferences with the driver rather than assuming
- Let the driver know planned stop durations so they can plan fuel/rest accordingly
Safety Tips
- Always use seatbelts, including in the second and third rows
- Share live trip location with a family member on night drives
Packing & Large Luggage Advice
For golf bags, large trunks, or more than 4 large suitcases, mention this at booking — we’ll either allocate the 8-seater’s extra boot flexibility or suggest a roof carrier rather than have you discover a space problem at pickup.
Senior Citizen & Child Travel Tips
Request the front passenger seat or second-row captain seat for elderly travellers who need an easier entry. For children, mention if you’re bringing your own car seat — most fleet vehicles have ISOFIX mounts in the second row, but not all older units do.
Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing & Booking
How much does it cost to rent an Innova Crysta in Delhi?
It depends on trip type — local hourly packages, full-day rentals and per-km outstation fares are all priced differently. Share your route and date through the form above or on WhatsApp and we’ll quote a specific fare rather than a generic range that may not apply to your trip.
Is the price per km or a flat package?
Both options exist. Local trips typically use hour/km packages (e.g., 8 hrs/80 km); one-way outstation drops are usually billed purely per km plus driver allowance. We’ll recommend whichever works out cheaper for your specific route.
Are toll and parking included in the fare?
No — toll and parking are billed at actuals, shown separately from the base fare, and we can estimate them for your route in advance so there’s no surprise.
Do you charge extra at night?
Yes, a fixed night charge applies for pickups or drop-offs between 11 PM and 6 AM, covering the driver’s disrupted schedule. This is quoted upfront, not added after the trip.
Is GST invoice available?
Yes, a GST-compliant invoice is available on request — mention this when booking so it can be issued against the correct booking reference.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day bookings are usually possible for local trips. For outstation travel, weddings, or wedding-season dates (Nov–Feb), book at least 3–7 days ahead to guarantee vehicle availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, bank transfer and cash. Corporate clients can be billed monthly against a purchase order or standing invoice.
Do I need to pay an advance?
Local bookings typically don’t require an advance. Outstation and wedding-season bookings may require a partial advance to confirm the vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 6 hours before pickup are generally free. Cancelling after driver dispatch may attract a partial charge covering the driver’s allocated time.
Can I modify my booking after confirming it?
Yes, changes to date, route or duration can usually be accommodated if requested a few hours ahead, subject to vehicle availability for the new slot.
Vehicle & Comfort
Is the Innova Crysta a 7-seater or 8-seater?
We run both configurations. The 7-seater has second-row captain seats with more legroom; the 8-seater has a bench seat and fits one more passenger. Tell us your group size and we’ll assign the better fit.
How many large suitcases fit in the boot?
Typically 3–4 large suitcases plus cabin bags with the third row occupied. If you’re travelling with more, mention it at booking so we can plan for extra space.
Does the car have rear AC vents?
Yes, independent rear AC vents are standard on the Crysta, which matters on long summer highway drives.
Is the vehicle automatic or manual?
Our fleet Innova Crystas are 5-speed manual, which is the standard configuration for this model in the rental segment.
Are the vehicles new or old?
Fleet vehicles are maintained on a scheduled service basis regardless of age, and undergo a pre-trip inspection before outstation bookings. Ask about the specific unit’s year if that matters for your booking.
Is a child seat available?
Most fleet units have ISOFIX-compatible mounts in the second row, but not all older vehicles do. Let us know at booking if a child seat is required and we’ll confirm compatibility or arrange one.
Can I choose the vehicle colour?
We’ll try to accommodate colour preferences (common for weddings) but can’t guarantee a specific colour — confirm availability when booking if this matters to you.
Is the vehicle sanitised between trips?
Yes, interior wipe-down and sanitisation is standard between bookings. Deeper detailing for weddings or VIP use should be requested at least 24 hours ahead.
Drivers & Safety
Are your drivers verified?
Yes, all drivers are background-verified and hold a valid commercial driving licence.
Can I request the same driver for future bookings?
Yes, mention the driver’s name or your previous booking reference and we’ll try to assign the same driver, subject to their availability.
Is the vehicle GPS tracked?
Yes, fleet vehicles are GPS tracked, which is particularly useful for corporate bookings and family peace of mind on long trips.
What happens if the driver is late?
Contact us directly on WhatsApp or phone — we track dispatch times and will either expedite the assigned driver or send a replacement vehicle if there’s a genuine delay.
Do drivers speak English?
Most drivers can communicate basic English; for international guests or VIP bookings requiring stronger English fluency, request this specifically when booking.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?
No, smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle. Drivers will stop at a safe point if you need a break.
Airport & Railway Transfers
Do you track flight delays?
Yes, share your flight number when booking and we track it, adjusting the driver’s pickup time automatically at no extra charge for normal delays.
How much waiting time is included for airport pickups?
Typically 45–60 minutes for domestic arrivals and up to 90 minutes for international arrivals, to allow for immigration and baggage collection.
Which airport terminals do you cover?
All three IGI Airport terminals — T1, T2 and T3 — for both arrivals and departures.
Can the driver help with luggage at the airport?
Yes, drivers assist with loading and unloading luggage as standard practice.
Do you provide railway station pickups?
Yes, including New Delhi, Old Delhi, Hazrat Nizamuddin and Anand Vihar stations. Share your platform/coach details for a smoother pickup.
Outstation & Local Trips
Can I book a one-way trip to Agra or Jaipur?
Is an overnight halt charge applicable?
Yes, if the trip requires the driver to halt overnight away from Delhi, a fixed overnight allowance applies, quoted upfront.
Can I hire the car for multiple days?
Yes, multi-day rentals are available with a combined KM allocation — ask us to quote the whole trip together rather than as separate daily packages.
Do you provide inter-state permits for outstation trips?
Yes, applicable state permits and taxes are arranged and billed at actuals as part of your outstation booking.
Can the car be booked for just a few hours in Delhi?
Yes, hourly packages starting at 3–4 hours are available for local errands, meetings or short events. Learn more about our Taxi Services in Delhi NCR.
Do you cover Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad?
Yes, our service area covers Delhi NCR, including Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad for both pickup and drop.
